Location
Combe is a small hamlet about a mile west of the small country town of Langport and is approached by a small country lane with no through traffic. A spur from this lane leads to Combe Farm and continues as an unmade lane past this house and to Lower Combe House. It then continues to give access to farmland, a fishing lake and the River Parrett.
Langport lies between Street, Somerton Bridgwater and Taunton and has good access in all directions.
Footpaths and walks
Close by are walks through the countryside and along the riverside east to Langport and west to Aller. These all link to a vast network giving wonderful access to farmland, woodland, droves and riverbanks.

Lower Combe House is a period house which has been extended over the years and is now a comfortable home centred around a large sunny and sheltered south westly facing terrace. This provides a wonderful, very private, outside living area maximising the views.
